A message to everyone to make a world a little bit of better place for all of us

It's been a long time since i posted something when i usually have nothing to post about.

I am introvert, INFP and a cancerian on top of that, so i live mostly in my head or in pages of books. I randomly got moody here and there and randomly i am feeling sad today for a few minutes, so i think about this message that maybe useful for me in the future.


If you meet me, or someone close to you, or someone randomly you knew, or somebody else, basically everyone you know, that is :
1. Introvert, or
2. Always smile, or
3. Seems strong and tough, or
4. Rarely talk about themselves, or
5. Usually keep quiet about things,
6. or basically anyone
that you know is feeling sad, should be feeling sad, maybe because he/she lose someone, but keep smiling, keep being tough, keep quiet, keep never talk about themselves,

you should be there for them,

HUG THEM if you can, or pat them or show that you, at least, care.

until they talk, until they cry, until you know they really smile, until they at least know they are being comforted.

Find them, if they can't be found. never leave them alone although they said "leave me alone", help them. tell them that "It's okay to NOT feeling okay." or "It's not okay, BUT i am here" because

they know "it is okay" and "it will be alright" is not "okay" and "right" at all.
It probably never be okay again in their mind when they are alone, and feeling alone. Their world may also collapse right there. They know it and cant help it.

So, human, please be sensitive, please care, we may not talk about it but we need you, and help from each other, let's make a world a little bit of better place for all of us.
